#8 Build the Ultimate Capsule Wardrobe with Quince

What is not to love about Quince? My post Build the Ultimate Over 50 Fall Wardrobe Capsule with Quince is a top fave. Quince, known for its high-quality essentials at accessible prices never disappoints.
# 7 Chic Denim Trends you can Wear After 50 Confidently

Another denim post 7 Chic Denim Trends you can Wear After 50 Confidently made the cut. Why does denim hold such a special place in our hearts? It is the perfect blend of practicality and personality. Denim is a strong, long-lasting fabric that can withstand wear and tear, molds to our bodies and only gets better with age, just like us.
#6 What Color Combination Always Looks Rich

Camel always looks rich especially when combined with black. Camel is warm and earthy and when it is combined with black, it evokes a sense of natural elegance and luxury in your wardrobe and your home. I love that this post What Color Combination Always Looks Rich made it into the top ten.
#5 Three Tips for Overcoming Invisibility and Embracing Empowerment After 60

I am so happy Three Tips for Overcoming Invisibility and Embracing Empowerment After 60 made it into the top ten. This blog began as a design blog. As I have aged I have felt the importance of embracing positive aging and to be thankful for the knowledge and experience it has given me. This is a topic I plan to talk more about in 2025.
#4 7 Chic Denim Trends you can Wear After 50 Confidently

7 Chic Denim Trends you can Wear After 50 Confidently is also in the top ten. Why? We love and wear denim all the time! It is the perfect blend of practicality and personality. #3 Meet a Stylish Woman who Reinvented Herself after 60

Meet a Stylish Woman who Reinvented Herself after 60 surprised me a bit. I am never sure which Ageless Style posts will resonate with you. I think you all appreciated Honey’s willingness to share her story and her imperfections. Honey epitomizes aging positively, confidently and fashionably, and she is not afraid to bare her soul. Bravo to Honey, and to my assistant Leslie who develops the questions, and manages all the ins and outs of “Ageless”. I think this is the first time an Ageless Style interview has ever been in my top 10 and I have been doing this series for almost eight years. I have outlasted two partners Elizabeth aka the Vintage Contessa, and Brenda from 1010 Park Place. I loved collaborating with both of them. I thought about discontinuing this series, but I felt like it is was so important to highlight women and men in our age group that are aging positively. We have interviewed the famous, the not so famous, and those that just lead inspiring lives. I love this series, and I think it is growing on you!
#2 10 Perfect Fall 2024 Fashion Trends for Women Over 50

Perfect Fall 2024 Fashion Trends for Women Over 50 hit a nerve because most of us prefer to embrace timeless styles that aren’t seen on the runways. We are also no longer slaves to trends. We know what we love and what works for us. Our personal style has become a celebration of confidence and experience, but we want to remain somewhat current while embracing what we love.
#1 The Best Ways to Look Stylish in Jeans After 60

I am not surprised that The Best Ways to Look Stylish in Jeans after 60 was number one. I am surprised at the number of page views it received. This post is by far the most popular post in the history of Cindy Hattersley Design. Why? Jeans are a wardrobe staple for women of all ages, but finding the perfect pair of jeans can be a challenge, especially at our age. We want jeans that are comfortable, stylish, and flattering. We want to feel confident and look our best, no matter what our body shape or personal style. I also think “after 60” helped in the title. Never forget we are a powerful group even if the mainstream media isn’t alway sure. I have recently had a popular brand drop me I am pretty sure because I turned 70. We have to keep fighting to keep our voices heard.
