Happy Tuesday! I hope you all had a happy and safe weekend. I apologize for my lack of posts this past week. I picked up my daughter and granddaughter on Wednesday night, and we spent much needed time with our family over the weekend. We hadn’t seen Summer for almost three months so we relished every moment with her.
Joni from Cote de Texas featured this gorgeous stone house in Pennsylvania owned by Yolanda Hadid.
Have you seen Sarah Bartholomew’s new collaboration with Mainly Baskets? I have many of their pieces in both of my homes (you can find them here on my shop page). They are well built and stylish. You will love this collection!
A FEW OF MY FAVES FROM HER COLLECTION
This lemon olive oil rhubarb bundt cake from Martha Stewart looks yummy and simple enough for me!
This 800 sq foot cottage by Zoe Gowen (editor of Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles) featured in Birmingham Home and Garden is large on style though small in space.
If I had a place for this porch swing from Ballard it would be on its way to my house. Is anyone else loving this?
Did you see Annie’s post Five Things I am loving right now? She featured the j crew eyelet blouse from my post (thanks Annie!!) and she had these yummy weight watchers treats. Annie is my Ina Garten. You can trust her recipes and they aren’t too complicated which I love!!
Love this from Domino 10 unexpected foods (including guacamole) that you can freeze.
This pretty Kelly Nutt designed beach house featured on Home Bunch will brighten your day. If you follow Home Bunch you know they share all of the paint, finishes, and often furniture and decor sources in the homes they feature.
I hope you enjoyed my overdue Tuesday Fun Stuff-Family, Interiors & Recipes. I will be back at the end of the week. In June I have some fun posts and collaborations coming up that I think you will enjoy. As always thank you for reading and all your support. Have a great week!

I think Summer is absolutely delightful. Love the dirt on the feet—as I recall her favorite medium! What a fun age this is. I know you are over the moon to be able to see her again.

Cindy,
I’m so happy for you getting to spend time with your granddaughter and daughter. Doesn’t it just give you such a lift?
There are some great finds in this post and I’m going back to hit the link on each one.
Enjoy your week!

Thanks for the collection of fun sites. I really liked Joni’s of Buck County. We live a few counties away in Mennonite / Amish county. Our own brick home is over 200 years old where we’ve mixed old and new. I liked how Yolanda and previous owners respected the old as they modernized and made the home their own.

Buongiorno Cindy
Summer è una stellina è giustissimo che quando puoi dedichi il tuo tempo a lei. Il resto è interessante bei articoli e foto ma di fronte a questi piccolini che crescono, passano in seconda linea. A presto dall’italia!!!

Wow, Cindy! I can’t wait to dive into some of the links! Each and every one made me curious. I really love Domino and I can go through the website all day, so thanks for pointing us in the right direction-and you know how much I love to experiment in my cooking. I also love and admire Yolanda Hadid, so I’m off to look at her farm.
Hope (but know) you had a wonderful holiday–your Summer is such a sweet pixie! Glad you were able to hug and kiss her again.🥳. I had 5 of my six grands here at the lake…what a joy. Like the long ago days when my four were running barefoot, brown as berries!
Sending love,
Jane

Little Summer looks just like you! Adorable!

Hi Donna
I need to dig out some pictures from my younger years. I think she looks like her daddy, but he and I have the same coloring so maybe that is the resemblance. I wish I had her lips and hair!! Thanks for commenting. Have a great weekend!!

Please take time to be with your family. I think they’re far more important than this ole blogging community. I love seeing photos of Summer. It’s a real treat. I must try that Martha Stewart cake. I looks delish.

I know you have been told this a thousand times but Summer is the spitting image of you. Such a sweet little girl! No wonder you miss her so much!
