It’s quiet and compact. The drying time is no different than the heat blaster I was using. It is extremely lightweight. The Zuvi hairdryer dries hair with infrared-light energy instead of high heat, so it uses lower temperatures to dry your hair and prevent heat damage. In my case that means much less yellowing and frizz. It also retains two times more moisture than a traditional hairdryer. HOW I USE MY ZUVI HAIRDRYER

Here is how I use my Zuvi hairdryer on my thick hair. For my blowout, I only use two settings fast and style. I add my favorite styling cream, then comb my hair with a wide-tooth comb. I turn my head upside down and dry it on fast mode with the fast hair mode attachment until I it is bout 70% dry. Turning my head upside down gives my dry hair some body. Then (per my ace hairdresser), I clip up my hair and begin at the back with the styling concentrator on the style setting and a round brush. I like using it with the round brush for volume. I work my way around the bottom of my head and then to the same thing with the next layers, and then the front. If you work fast you will get a desired result without using other tools that might damage your hair.
