Hi Cindy, you are just a breath of fresh air! Your look is timeless, and comfortable, but is also full of personality and so striking!
I love that you share items at different price points, and also point out bargains on eBay. I have just found the “Reloved” site, by Frank and Eileen, which is a great place to buy and sell great quality pieces.
The weather where I’m at, outside of Boulder Colorado, is gorgeous in the fall. It also has huge temperature swings between early morning and late afternoon. Your layering ideas, over neutral summery fabrics , will allow me to feel as if my summer things have a new life!
Such a great post. Do you have a source for the leopard crossbody bag?
Hello Catherine
It is an older rag and bone bag that I linked on ebay!
Cindy…I would love for you to do a piece on bracelets…I have several Native American pieces as well as silver, gold, and pearl ones that I like to layer…from the photos you have posted in the past, it looks like you have some beautiful pieces…and do you think charm bracelets are returning in popularity?

Hi Beverly
I think any bracelet you love and has meaning you should wear! Who cares if it is in style!
Transitional dressing is always a challenge for me — but you’ve given me lots of super ideas, Cindy! Thank you. I always love your neutral palette, which also works well in late summer/early fall.
What a great post. So helpful, Cindy.
You truly are a magician as a stylist! Another “wow”.
I’ve found my cotton linen blend wide leg pant works well with a boxier top as you’ve pictured, a slimmer top just doesn’t work for my rectangular body shape. Darn! I wish I could wear belts!
Your formula of layering will be helpful for an upcoming cruise which includes Alaska, Japan and Hawaii. A forty degree temperature change over two months.
I am wearing those wonderful JJill linen shirtdresses (from previous seasons), as dusters, with jeans and a tee…would easily transition for fall with lightweight sweaters. Women ask me where I got those dresses…sadly, JJill did not offer them this year, I am thankful that I have 4 of them.
