Irresistible Leopard Prints, Spice Loaf and More Fall Fun

Pine Cones and Acorns Easy Autumn Spice Loaf

As many of you know I am not a baker but this yummy spice loaf from my friend Elizabeth is right up my alley. I am baking it next week when I get back from my conference. FYI isn’t her photo just beautiful?

Chicos Fall Leopard Separates

We do not have a Chicos nearby so I sometimes miss some of their great offerings. They always do a great job with leopard. I am particularly fond of the fabulous quilted blazer, and the leopard dress. All items are linked in the widget below the graphic.

LTK Con

I am heading to Dallas (I will be there as you are reading this) for an invite only (honored to be included) LTK conference. LTK is our affiliate network. I will be Far and Away the oldest person there. I am representing our niche you guys. There will be many young fashionistas attending. Luckily my pal Jennifer from a Well Styled Life will be my roomie and partner in crime. We will meet up with our friend Kris from Driven by Decor, Noelani from La Vie on Grand, and more I hope! We will attend workshops, and have the opportunity to network with other attendees and some of our favorite brands. Follow my stories and squares on Instagram here and I will keep you posted on all the festivities!

Better Homes and Gardens

BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS PLANTER

Do you ever wonder what plants you should cut back before winter and which to leave alone? Better Homes and Gardens has a helpful article on 12 Perennials You Should Cut Back in Fall here.

Patina Homes and Gardens

There are so many great books coming out this fall, and Patina Homes and Gardens is no exception.

Patina Homes and Gardens

Patina Homes and Gardens features seven homes designed by the talented team of Steve and Brooke Giannetti, including the charming long cabin they now call home in Leipers Fork Tennessee. If you would like a signed copy you can order it on their website here. I interviewed Brooke and Steve a few years back on Ageless Style here: Power Couple Steve and Brook Giannetti.

And the Winner Is!!

One of my favorite local boutiques in San Luis Obispo Ambiance had a great giveaway ($500 giftcard) in honor of the podcast I did with owner Kannyn January. The lucky winner is Nina Tucker . You can follow her on Instagram here. You can also listen to the podcast here in case you missed it. A big shout out to all who entered! I will be wearing an Ulla Johnson number from @ambiancepaso to one of the events at the LTK Conference.

Thank you for reading Irresistible Leopard Prints, Spice Loaf and More Fall Fun. Sorry my post was a little short this week I am on the plane to Dallas as we speak! Now let’s pop over and visit Mary Ann and Annie and see what they are up to in Paris!

  1. Cindy, thank you for sharing my spice bread! I have been out of town and then sick for a week and am just now catching up.
I hope that you had a wonderful time at the conference!
    Have a wonderful week.

  2. Have a fun time in Dallas Cindy. You are no doubt an inspiration for the younger women attending.

  3. Hi Cindy,
Enjoy your conference. You maybe one of the oldest present, but nothing replaces the wealth of experience that you have.
You will always stand out in a crowd.

  4. Yours is one of my very favorite blogs. I’m glad you are being invited to Dallas, and in my opinion also deserve an award. As a former Californian (transplanted, for now, to Florida) iit’s like a letter from home reading your blog.
    Have fun in Dallas!

  5. I am just down the road, Waco, but go to Dallas all the time. A fun restaurant to try is Ida Claire’s in Addison and Heirloom Haul in Frisco. Sorry the weather won’t be cooperating. Have fun.
