OUTFIT OF THE WEEK

I am loving utility jackets lately. This beautiful linen one is on sale at Banana Republic. They also have this great green one on sale as well. I love them both. This linen one could be dressed up with a pair of black pants, or with jeans like I have shown here. The Mary Jane Leopard Ballet flats have good comfort reviews from Madewell. The tote is on sale at Madewell as well. I always love machete’s horn jewelry. The bracelet and earrings are not on sale but their quality is always good. If you wanted to belt this jacket BR haa great wide leopard belt , and a cashmere scarf, that I have linked below the graphic as well.

GIMME SOME OVEN ROASTED TOMATO SOUP

We are still harvesting tomatoes from our garden, and we are savoring every one of them. I am going to make this tomato soup from Gimme Some Oven tomorrow night. This is similar to Ina’s recipe but less caloric and just as delicious.

PAMELA ANDERSON MAKEUP FREE PARIS FASHION WEEK

What did you think of Pamela Anderson going makeup free at Paris Fashion Week? She certainly got the world’s attention. Allure explains why Pamel wen makeup free here. I haven’t ever followed Pamela Anderson, but she certainly is a beautiful woman with or without makeup.

SANTA BARBARA VINTNERS FESTIVAL

Steve and I attended the Santa Barbara Vintners Festival on Saturday. It was held at the Vega Vineyard and Farm. There was a lot of great wine, wonderful food vendors, good music and great people watching. The legendary Ken Brown was there pouring his wonderful wine. There were a lot of happy campers at his station.

I spotted so many women with great hats. These darling ladies from Margerum and Samsara were no exception.

I asked these stylish ladies if I could take their picture. Aren’t they fun?

J CREW IS HAVING THEIR MIDSEASON SALE

I did not have time to sift through it, but today is the last day. It might be a good time to do a little Christmas shopping for a friend or you!
