We had old friends, who were in town for a wedding, for dinner on Friday night and had a blast. They were our first friends when we moved to Salinas in the early 70s. I served this Mexican Street Corn Salad from Serious Eats that was a hit with everyone. It is simple, and can be made in minutes.
