Eight Last Minute Christmas Tablescapes You Can Copy

Happy Wednesday everyone. I bet you are all busy prepping for the big day. If you still haven’t set your table you might enjoy Eight Last Minute Christmas Tablescapes You Can Copy. I know I haven’t set mine for Christmas eve yet, so I am in need of inspiration as well. Here are a few of mine from the past and those of some very talented others.

I find it more difficult to find interesting and original tablescapes on Pinterest or IG. I am always so happy to come across something charming and original like this one from a new to me IG account @fishersgreencottage

She does not yet have a large following, I can’t imagine why. Her feed is beautiful.

Another new to me account on Instagram called Christmas Tablescapes had this enchanting tablescape. Love the napkin with the sheet music so clever.

Another one of their posts. This organic, simple, natural garland down the center of a rustic table has my vote.

A few years ago my friend Roxanne and I did tables for a local fundraiser. Roxanne knocks it out of the park with any tablescape she does. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. You can read more about this tablescape in this Post, Farmouse Table here.

This one was forest or Tahoe inspired. Isn’t it amazing? I love the minnow bucket filled with flora and fauna. You can read the entire article about this tablescape here.

Here is the tablescape I created for the same event. Mine is a little more wild and bohemian crazy.

I had a lot of fun doing it. As you know strong bold colors are not my wheelhouse, but I love creating things that are different and fun, that might appeal to a different audience.

I wish this picture were better. This is a tablescape I created for another charity event benefitting our local hospital. I did this for many years. Unfortunately, my camera pics were not all that good back then. Even though the style was a little more over the top back then. My group of elves (you know who you are) created some really interesting Christmas decor back in the day! I think this was the last year.

Isn’t this “bear in the woods” tablescape that Martha Stewart created for her grandchildren just filled with charm? Something similar would be darling at a kids table. You can find the birchbark vessels on Amazon here and the similar bears on ebay here as well. All other available items are linked below the picture.

I don’t want to flatter you, but I like yours best and I’m sure it will be stunning this year as well. Have a great Xmas holiday and best wishes for 20222 from Spain.

I am drawn to the more rustic tablescapes. Martha’s are always amazing. I also find you to have such wonderful tablescapes, especially the natural branches and flora you find.

Love these beautiful tablscapes, but…. Where does the food go? Would like to see some with a little less for practical purposes.

      Hi Judith

Four of those tablescapes were done for charity events. I hope they serve as inspiration. The one with the pears was my table from last Christmas. There is nothing on the table except the large wooden bowl filled with pears and olive, you can’t get much simpler than that. This year I have something similar which I have shown, a round bowl filled with greens, pinecones, and bleached artichokes. Merry Christmas

The tables capes all look gorgeous but…..
I learned that whatever was in the middle of the table should be low enough for guests on opposite sides of a table to see one another and easily converse….on the other hand if you sit across from someone you don’t like you will not have to see or talk to them if these large displays are blocking the view…

      Hi Lauren

That is very true. My tablescape from last Christmas (the pears) is a low bowl filled with nothing but pears and olive. This year is a round one, which I have shown. Four of the tablescapes that I featured are from Charity events meant for Inspiration. No one sits at the tables. They are merely for inspiration. I should have made that clearer.

All are beautiful but I would like more information about the one you refer to as “lake or Tahoe inspired”. I don’t believe the link is working. Thank you.

Cindy, the tablescapes you shared are absolutely beautiful, the vision and talent to put it all together
is such a gift that you and each person has. Thank you for sharing.

I love the rustic cabin with the simple garland. That is where I’d like to be with family! I also remember well the beautiful work you and Roxanne did together. Always inspiring.

Cindy, every tables-cape is fabulous! I can only imagine them in person. There are elements from each, candles, natural elements, that we can all look for in and around our homes to try to create our own versions. Thank you for sharing! Merry Christmas. Enjoy your day with Miss Summer!
