Thank you to all of you that bought the Target dress. You made my day. We are enjoying our time at the lake with our son and daughter in law. I hope you all are having a nice weekend as well. I wanted to pop in to say hello with a few things that caught my eye this week. Let’s take a look at some Sunday Fun Stuff- Pretty Decore & More.
If you follow me on Instagram you saw this gorgeous bouquet of David Austin roses from my garden. It is a mix of Molineux and Golden Celebration, two of my favorites. The box is a french brides box that I found at Roundtop last year.
I find that I am drawn to colorful interiors during this time. How about you? This Maine beach house designed by Kate Rosenfeld and featured on Cafe Design really lifted my spirits.
Do you read Carla Aston’s blog Designed with Carla Aston? Carla is a working designer and she generously shares practical advice on decorating dilemmas. In this post she discusses how to handle electrical outlets in backsplashes.
Did you see the chic accessories that Mary Ann from Classic Casual Home featured on her blog last week? I love this tray don’t you?
I made Annie’s Lemon Turmeric cake and we are enjoying it here at the lake. Have you tried it? Those of you who read this blog regularly know that baking is not my jam, but this was yummy and I didn’t screw it up.
While scrolling Pinterest I came across this image of Daniel Romouldez’ Connecticut home from Vogue. You can see more of this gorgeous home here on Habitually Chic.
I will be back on Tuesday with a fun fashion post with Jennifer from A Well Styled Life. If you enjoy the post we will make it a monthly event. Thanks for reading Sunday Fun Stuff- Pretty Decor & More. I hope to see you back here on Tuesday.

Hi Cindy. Just want to thank you for keeping me grounded during these tumultuous times.
I often wonder how you manage to keep up with this wonderful blog. Hope it’s not because of sleepless nights. Thank you for uplifting all.
Sharyn
Hi Sharyn
I am blessed with not needing a lot of sleep, so I do some blogging in the early a.m often times. I have also had much more time to devote to the blog since I have been staying home. Thanks for reading! Hopefully, we can connect at the lake one of these days!
It’s all so terrific! Hope you had a great weekend.

I have been thinking of you. We need to catch up!
Hi Cindy, alas, the link to “Mary Ann from Classic Casual Home featured on her blog last week?” doesn’t work. I want to see that tray!
Thank you Karen!
Hi Nancy
I fixed it so sorry!!
Thanks! The link works, but it goes to a blog post with a different tray. I love the round green plastic or lucite one in your post!
Have a wonderful weekend with family.
Thank you for taking the time to provide some entertainment through your posts for us.
Karen
Thanks for the link, Cindy. I can’t believe your roses…and I am drawn to more colorful interiors too during this time!
