Happy Sunday everyone. Today Mary Ann, Annie and I are sharing five things that caught our eye this week. One of them may surprise you. Let’s take a look at my Sunday Fab Five
VICKI ARCHERS LATEST POST
I am just curious do you think women our age can pull a similar version of this off? Last year I wore my daughter’s tulle skirt in our holiday fashion post here Skip the handbag. A pair of combat boots (perhaps a bit more refined) would be comfy. I probably would not wear the tie, but what about a ruffle neck blouse and a pin with a long black blazer? What do you think? Still too crazy?

I wore my daughter’s tulle skirt in my post How to Translate your Holiday Look from day to Night here
Those combat style boots from Stewart Weitzman with their thick soles are looking pretty comfy.
I just thought we would have a little fun with this look. Would love to hear your take on it. FYI you can see the Free People Kora Cashmere (they call it a sweater but it fits me like a tunic) in the Fall Fashion Post here. I love that sweater and would love to pick up another color when they are on sale. They are super soft and comfy. If the ripped jeans are too much for you. Madewell has the same boy version here without the rips. You can find many pairs of stamped native American cross earrings on Ebay here as well as many stamped Native American bangles on Ebay here

You know who could totally pull this look off? Linda Rodin. She is pencil-thin however. I think I would need to get back on the weight watchers wagon to do so.
DOLLY PARTON HERE I AM ON NETFLIX
Who doesn’t love Dolly? I really enjoyed this movie about the people and events that have shaped her career.
TEN FAVORITE INA GARTEN RECIPES FOR FALL
The Ten Ina Garten Recipes we like to make in the fall from the Kitchn. Who doesn’t love Ina any time of the year but this list is a great list, including this Chicken Marbella photographed by Quentin Bacon.
DESIGNER TAMMY CONNOR’S BEAUTIFUL PORTFOLIO
Doesn’t this Cashiers Showhouse project by Tammy Connor give you all the fall feels? Her work is so lovely. You will enjoy her entire portfolio here
OUR HOUSE IS ON THE MARKET
It is hard for me to even say the words. We love our house, gardens, and property. It is going to be a very sad day when we leave. Steve plans to retire in a couple of years and we planned to sell it then, but with the market so hot, and so many people wanting to move to the country we thought now might be the best time. The photographer, Paul Black of Black Sky Photography.did an amazing job photographing the house and grounds (even though this is not the prettiest time of year). We have it listed with the wonderful Sharon Swallow of Coldwell Banker. Here is the link to the listing. ,
If you know someone who wants to move to the country, and wants to live close to the peninsula but somewhere more private, contact Sharon. We have enjoyed every minute of living here but it is time for us to move on. We want something smaller, that we can leave and hopefully travel.at some point. I will do a full house tour soon. I know many of you have been asking. In the meantime, I thought you would enjoy these aerial shots so you can see the entire property.
The barn above could easily be converted into guest quarters, a studio, or an airbnb.
