This lightweight Kantha jacket would be a great transition piece for Spring. It comes in a longer length as well. I have linked both. I am not much of a ruffle girl, but this pretty shirt from J Crew is so pretty. I love the latest version of this Birdie loafer and I have had my eye on this travel bag from J Crew which is now on sale.

Jonis’ new place is amazing as was her in depth article on gray gardens. To be honest, I was am not really a fan of the new look of the house. But I am sure the owner loves. it.
Thank you for including my link to Aprils’ kindness challenge. I could not agree more, we need more of that in our world. Now more than ever.
As for the tote from JCrew, I have it in blue(without the zipper) it is a beautiful bag but a little too unstructured for my taste.

So excited to see glimpses of Joni’s home. I’m still working my way through her Grey Garden’s post … it takes a while absorbing so much wonderfully detailed info. Summer has her grandma’s style. I love quilted jackets and have favorited the site for a future shopping spree. I try to practice kindness every day. It’s so simple and seems to make everyone, including me, feel good.

Cindy, I bought this same jacket! Love the colors! Unfortunately, it was too narrow through the shoulders for me. Not a problem I usually have. I paired it with a teal top and dark grey denim trousers, and some turquoise jewelry. Only wore it once though. Sigh.
Are those slip covers on the chairs and sofa? I’ve never seen anything like them before and they’re very interesting. Summer is looking fashionable in her cute polka dots. I’m sure Steve is happy to have a smaller cast! Have a good week~

I am one of those who has followed Cote de Texas for years, and yes, I am raising my hand, would love to see more of her home, and of course, yours! Good to hear your husband is on the mend. And isn’t it just great to have the time to spend with your granddaughter? Have a good weekend, stay warm! And yes, we got snow in Castaic yesterday, first time in about 20 years…California is having such crazy weather!

I am a ruffle girl and I love that ruffle blouse. I think it would be pretty with your hair tied back. Wish it came in petites but I roll the sleeves up anyway.
