FIVE BEST WINE ROAD TRIPS IN THE U.S
I am not sure if these qualify as “the best” (come on not a single one in California), but if you reside elsewhere these sound like fun according to Food and Wine.

BON APPETIT SALMON TACOS
Salmon is not my favorite fish but I do love it if it is really fresh. This is one of my favorite taco recipes. I finally retrieved it from Bon Appetit. All you need for a simple meal with some grilled corn.

Cindy! This Lucy Cunningham designed house is so good … it inspired me to start a new Pinterest board for country houses. Love your outfit of the week. Especially that red and straw bag. Adore! xo

Nothing like a little red white and blue for the 4th!

Happy Sunday Cindy,
I love and follow Norma! So many beautiful English designers…my favorite look.
I never knew that about corn water. You learn something new every day.
Not a fan of fish or anything that lives in water but I pinned the tacos to share with friends.
Have a wonderful 4th!

Hi Elizabeth
My son used to say he didn’t like anything that swims! He will now eat shellfish though!

Happy 4th of July weekend to you and your American readers. It’s the Canada Day weekend too. 🇨🇦
I have a top very similar to the Johnny Was. I feel it a bit bohemian or hippie, which is not my style but I wear it anyway. It’s loose and cool and fun!
I love fish tacos but prefer halibut in mine. I do like the ingredients in this one so I’ll be adding them to my next taco night.
Cindy Hattersley says
Hi Joanna
I love halibut as well. As I said salmon is not my favorite, but we have a great fish store here so we can get salmon super fresh from them or the seafood peeps at the Farmer’s Market.
Joanna says
I get my seafood right off the fishing boats when they come into the dock. Super fresh and so delicious. One of the many pleasures of living on a coastal town. I also go to the market as the trucks are coming in with their fresh picked vegetables. Makes for healthy eating.
Enjoy your weekend!
Cindy Hattersley says
Hi Joanne
We have found that the fruit and vegetables that we purchase at the Farmers Market may be a bit pricier but they last much longer. There is much less chance for waste.

Happy 4th of July weekend. The tacos will be on my list to try. I happen to love salmon and these tacos look simple and delicious. The Johnny Was top is great. I love the color, especially for this time of year.
Have a wonderful holiday weekend.
