The ability to edit and layer diverse pieces, eras and textures in a room is not as easy as it looks. If you have been following me long you know it is a look that I personally love. Annie, Maryann and I have started a #thecollectedlook on Instagram and we would love for you to follow along and use the hashtag for your collected look images. My friend Kelley from Kelley and Co is a master at combining primitive antique pieces and vintage art with modern accents. She is currently renovating another house which is fabulous. You will definitely want to follow along @kelly.and.co.home for the reveal.
Steve from @urbancottagehome penned one of my very favorite blogs at one time. He no longer blogs but you can follow along on Instagram as he chronicles the charming updates to his Boston home. He also happens to be a great cook and has a precocious cat, Angus.
Maura Endres does not have a blog, but you can follow @m.oendres on Instagram. I am in complete awe of her feed. The collected look comes so natural to her. I look forward to her images more than any other.
Janet from the gardeners cottage has it all a beautifully curated home and fabulous over 50 fashion style to die for. You can learn a lot from her. Follow her @mrskorff you won’t be sorry.
Elizabeth of @EDB designs chronicles her life in “the little glass house” in Santa Barbara and “the Big Sur House” @edbdesigns. Beautiful scenery and rustic sensibility in her Big Sur home contrasted with her light-filled beach house in Santa Barbara. So much to love here.

Is there anyone out there that doesn’t read Sherry Hart’s blog Design Indulgence? You can follow Sherry on Instagram @sherryhdesigns Sherry is the black and white queen but you will always see plenty of texture and carefully curated art in her work. Oh, and did I mention she was a stand up comic in her former life.
