Happy Sunday everyone. We are down at the lake. It looks like our house her may be sold so changes ahead for us. Let’s have some fun and join Annie and Mary Ann for our Sunday Five-Sherry Hart, Cupcakes, Lavender Love.
SUNDAY FIVE-SHERRY HART, CUPCAKES, LAVENDER LOVE
SHERRY HART TOWNHOUSE STYLING
I know many of you follow Sherry Hart (Design Indulgence). Sherry is a talented decorator but she is a master at styling. Yesterday she did a before and after post of the styling, she did for her contractor friend’s daughter’s townhouse. Sherry had to blend three young girls’ belongings into a harmonious mix. She truly is a master.
PATRICIA HUBER FINE ART
I have featured my talented friend Pat Huber’s art before. She moved to Kentucky and has added more Kentucky-centered paintings to her portfolio of late. One of her works was selected for the American Impressionistic Society (AIS) show that will be held in Charleston at the end of March.
You can view her entire portfolio here.
DEAR LILLIE TULIP CUPCAKES
I have to be honest there is not a chance in h… that I would be capable of making these, but I had to share them with you. They are so beautiful. I am sure many of you are gifted in the baking department and could pull these off. I am talking to you Lauren Hattersley and Elizabeth from Pine Cones and Acorns!
OUTFIT OF THE WEEK
I Am really loving lavender lately. I am ordering this Sundance shirt. I don’t like ruffles but love the textural feel of this. It is long enough to wear as a tunic as well. I am also ordering the straw backpack. I think it would be great for flea markets etc. (I think we may be able to enjoy them soon), and love the casual feel of the straw hat from Sundance. I added a couple of pairs of purple spiny oyster earrings to the mix and a linen shawl for a chilly morning at the flea market. You probably wouldn’t wear the Artemis mules to the flea market but couldn’t resist them for the color. You can wear them later!!

MY HOME ON SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY
Many of you have asked me to do a home tour. I want to thank the darling Rhoda from Southern Hospitality for featuring my home on her much-loved blog Southern Hospitality. Rhoda asked me if it was okay. I said sure and I forgot about it. She honestly did a better job than I would have. She has never been to my house, knew nothing about the arrangement of the house, or any of the history. She is such a pro, I can’t believe what a good job she did.
Thanks for reading SUNDAY FIVE-SHERRY HART, CUPCAKES, LAVENDER LOVE. Please let me know in the comment section what you like to read about on Sunday and what you don’t.
