DO YOU LOVE SPANISH ARCHITECTURE AND GREAT SALES

Happy Easter! Today as usual, I am joining my pals Annie and Mary Ann for our Sunday favorites. Do You Love Spanish Architecture and Great Sales? If so, you have come to the right place!

CHARLEY AND CO DESIGN ON INSTAGRAM

I love almost any interpretation of Spanish design possible. This Modern Mediterranean by Charley and Co Design with Hendel Homes photographed by Gaffer photo ticks all the boxes for me.

DEBRA HALL LIFESTYLE

I love all that Debra Hall Lifestyle has to offer in her online shop and love her personal style. I tried to get her to let me feature her on Ageless Style but could not convince her. Wouldn’t she be great? Her instagram feed and website feature so many interesting accessories for the home. Take a peek. I think you will love her goods.

I have yet to meet Debra in person but I just love everything she does.

OUTFIT OF THE WEEK

Unfortunately COS did not have a great photo of this gorgeous kaftan for this graphic. This is the perfect Summer Coverup/dinner by the pool look. Great price on the hat and earrings. If you don’t own the Olukai flip flops you are missing out on a whole lot of comfort. I live in mine in the Summer.

Hello from the hinterlands! If I’m not mistaken, the curves of that architecture look a lot like what is used in some of the areas around Cape Town,, S. Africa. I have lousy internet but want to follow some of your links when I can. Happy belated Easter (which did not seem at all like Easter).

Can’t wait to hear all about your trip!! Yes it does have a modern cape dutch look!!

Cindy! Thanks for the introduction to Debra Hall. Love her shop! And that Spanish style home is absolutely gorgeous!
    Happy Easter!

Love those J Crew Factory gauze shirts — the quality is amazing for the price. And there’s a plaid one calling my name right now.

Strata — yum. When my husband was forced to adapt a gluten-free diet for celiac disease, I wondered if this would work with GF bread. In fact, it’s one of my greatest GF successes. GF bread is often dry and crumbly, but it works perfectly in a dish like this. So, if you’re wondering … it is definitely do-able!

What a fun shop Debra Hall has! And thanks so much for the strata recipe…perfect for a holiday brunch or when you have guests overnight.
    Happy Easter!

~ Howdy Cindy H. I am, indeed, a huge lover of Spanish-style homes; esp. those that tick all the boxes for me. Palladium windows, arched doorways, 18 inch tile floors, barrel tile roofs, etc. My tastes run to the colorful decor of Old World style, which matches my Spanish-style aesthetic. I did click on Debra Hall’s website and saw some things I’d like to order. However, truth be told, I have been bingeing on Sanditon Season 3 and am a huge lover of British period dramas. So, it’s been a bit difficult to pull myself away from my [new] Apple iMac! Lastly, as for trains, my father (deceased) worked for Amtrak for 44 years so, I got to travel with him to different parts of the U.S. Those travels allowed me to travel the world. I’ve been to the U.K. (twice) and the rest of Western Europe 8 times! So, yes, I’ve been on their trains, too. Very fast, indeed. ~

Oooh sounds like I need to watch Sandition! How lovely that you got to see the world by train! Steve hqd an aunt who was lucky enough to do the same!

Thank you for sharing your strata recipe. Will be making it for sure. Also thank you for sharing Debra Hall Lifestyle website. She certainly has a great eye for “found” objects.

    • Cindy Hattersley says

      Hi Carolina

We all decided that strata is the best we have ever made. We are still enjoying the leftovers. I also threw in some mushrooms! Debra Hall has treasures!

  7. Karen B. says

    Hi Cindy,
I love the Debra Hall site and shop. Thanks for the introduction.
Have a wonderful Easter Sunday. The strata looks like it will be delicious.
