HURLEY-HAFEN HOME IN HOUSE BEAUTIFUL
The beautiful home of the principals of Hurley-Hafen design, in the Napa Valley is awe inspiring. The outdoor spaces are particularly stunning. Photography by Douglas Friedman.
OUTFIT OF THE WEEK
I know I have been going a little Zara crazy lately. More coming in my post with Jennifer on Friday. I spotted this gorgeous embroidered kimono, and couldn’t resist. It looks as if it were made by another brand (you know who I am talking about) but is much more reasonable. I am pairing it with Lysee’s white scalloped leg jeans, my favorite Michael Stars tee, great woven mules, rattan earrings and a great bag from Etsy. I love these Lysee wide leg jeans as an option too. I have the denim ones and I love them.

VIEW FROM THE GREAT ISLAND APPLE CELERY WALNUT SALAD
Do you follow Sue from View from the Great Island? I have this salad on repeat all throughout the year because the ingredients are always available.
PASO HIDDEN GEMS-ROUX COLLECTIVE
So many of you have asked about shopping, wining and dining in the Paso area. I am going to feature some of my favorites from time to time. I am also working on an Ebook of the area that will be available to subscribers only. This week I am featuring one of my new favorites, Roux Collective. I was introduced to Roux by my amazing hairdresser Edward Tedeschi. The salon was established in 2009 by owner/creator Jacque Leonard (who is just delightful by the way). The salon has been voted one of the top 200 Salons in America by Salon Today.
Jacque recently treated me to a fabulous spa day including a sauna and facial by the fabulous Amy Madrid.
If you live in the area make this your one stop for haircare, beauty and skincare. Did I mention they also have a darling boutique as you enter. I manage to get into trouble every time I visit.
IN STYLE-WHAT DOES RETINOL DO
Do you use retinol? I have used the prescription version for several years. If you are considering it, you might find this article from In Style helpful.
I hope you are all having a wonderful Sunday. As always thank you for reading Do You Love Outdoor Spaces, Paso Robles & Salads. If you missed any of my Sunday Faves you can catch up right here. I will be back on Tuesday with Kim. We will be chatting about our favorite Sandals. Let’s pop over and visit Mary Ann and Annie and see what they are sharing.

I’ve printed the salad recipe and subscribed to their site. I love fresh salads with fruit and other ingredients. The Zara site is showing a lot of clothing I could imagine buying for the season. Thank you for the lead.
Have a wonderful week.

Hi Karen
We are salad fanatics. My friend Wren just made the best beet salad I have ever had. I am afraid if I put another beet salad on my Sunday post I might get a revolt, what do you think?
