1/2clemon olive oil (evoo will work if you don't have)
1lemon juiced and grated rind
salt and pepper to taste
1bunch green onions
3peppers red, yellow and green
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium hot. Seed Peppers and cut into large chunks. Cut bottoms off green onions.Thaw shrimp and scallops and place in collander to drain. Pat dry. Mix next four ingredients and place in bowl. Thread vegetables and seafood on skewers. Baste with lemon marinade. Grill 3-5 minutes on each side and serve
