If you have been reading my blog long you know that Beth Webb is probably at the head of my list of favorite designers. I was delighted to see one of Beth Webb’s recent projects featured in Traditional Home this month. The entire issue is wonderful but this house under Beth’s skillful eye is a stunner. She limewashed all of the walls (three different wood species) creating a textural melange that is a feast for the eye.
Another of Beth’s gorgeous projects featured in Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles here still remains one of my favorites. Beth has a knack for creating multilayered interiors with character by layering texture, antiques, art, and a heavy dose of her personal style.
Beth’s attention to detail is most prevalent in the consideration she affords every “nook and cranny” of a space.
All images courtesy of Beth Webb Interiors, Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles or Traditional Home (as noted). For more images of this project and all of Beth’s work go here and check out her beautiful portfolio. I am anxiously waiting for Beth to produce a book showcasing her vast body of work.
How do you feel about neutral interiors? Are you craving a burst of color or do you love the timeless appeal of neutrals and textures?
Sheila @ Maison de Cinq says
Love all these neutrals! With so much texture, it's never boring and just gets better with each layer. She is awesome!

I love everything about this post as usual. You illustrate my design sensibility in your posts and your own designs ect. and I patiently wait for each one. Beth Webb has always been a favorite designer of mine and she continues to amaze me. Please, do you know of a source who can lime wash wood as in this home? I live in the SF Bay Area and want lime washed cabinets in my future kitchen remodel. Any suggestions is appreciated.

Thanks for sharing this talented designer and her work. I love neutrals but wish she used a little pop of color here and there. I wonder where the home on the water was located? Loved the antlers on the walls which suggested a mountain location. Love my mountains!
Cindy says
Hi Celia
The home on the water is in Michigan!

Love the neutrals! Now and then (in spring, especially) I get the urge for color … but always come back to the peace of these subdued shades. These are beautifully done. EXCEPT that there aren't any books!
Cindy says
Great point about the books!!
